The boutique that is based on the Lisburn road in Belfast showcased their spring/ summer collection from a range of designers. We got to preview the SS16 looks between 3 delicious courses cooked by Michelin star chef Micheal Dean.
We saw beautiful airy pieces with earthy undertones, an update on monochrome, bold prints, bright colours and beautiful structures. As my return to work is looming I was inspired by the bold yet feminine structures.
I very nearly reached for the staple jeans for the event but made a last minute decision to wear a dress and leather jacket. The contrast of the sheer, light material of the dress was dressed down with the edgy leather jacket, perfect for the afternoon. I am clearly no fashionista and always reach for safe, comfortable and practical style so loved bumping into Lauren Loving the Threads when nipping into town to get something.
