I think I mentioned previously that this room was the room that while viewing the house I walked into and was really fell in love. It has a pretty small window in it but the sun streams through it but I could envision the girls sharing and enjoying this space.
Even with the space to let the girls have a room on their own they wouldn’t want to have their own bedrooms yet. They enjoy climbing into bed and me reading the both of them a story and also having a wee whisper when I’ve left the room. There is something comforting about sharing with your sister and the room also offers a lot of space for playing too.
Sylvanian families and teddy bears picnic in the teepee are a big hit!
I hope to in time replace the wardrobe that Colin bought himself when living with his mum and dad and we had spray painted, also we will add some shelves and decor to the walls and some decals too. I feel it still feels a little too white and bare but we will get there.
I have added some pictures and the details of where everything is from.
Simba Mattress kindly gifted the mattresses for the girls room, with pocket springs and memory foam the girls beds are super comfy, even for when an adult has to squeeze in for a wee cuddle during the night. You can get £75 off your purchase here.
